Do you offer lay-by?

Yes, we except lay-by payments through Afterpay. Please click here for more information about Afterpay. 


Shipping and returns:

How quickly will my order arrive?

We aim to mail all orders made by 1 pm on the same day.

Regular post, expect delivery between 2-10 days.

Express post, expect delivery between 1-3 days.

Can I cancel an order?

Please contact us at info@annieandislabean if you wish to cancel an order. We offer a full refund for all orders that have not been shipped. If the order has been shipped we will happily offer a full refund to the amount of the purchase price less shipping costs, after the return of the goods. Can I return a sale item?

We only except returns of faulty sale items. For more information please see our returns policy.

How can I return an item?

We are happy to offer a full refund/exchange for returns received within 14 days of the date that you received the item. The item must be unworn/unused and in its original packaging. Please email us at, info@annieandislabean.com.au with the following information: your full name and contact details, your order number and a reason for returning the product. We will then issue you with a return form which may be completed and mailed back with the item(s) you wish to return.

Do you offer free returns?

No, but you may be eligible for free return shipping through PayPal. Please see our returns policy for more information.

What if my order contains both in-stock items and items on pre-order?

Orders that include both in-stock and pre-order items will be shipped together, once the pre-ordered items arrive. We usually state the estimated delivery time for pre-order items underneath the heading on the collection page. If you wish for the in-stock items to be send sooner, it is best to place two separate orders. Or contact us at info@annieandislabean.com.au and we can advice you on the best course of action.

Please note that the estimated delivery dates for pre-ordered items are only estimations. These dates are supplied to us by the individual brands, but sometimes delays happen that are outside of our and their control. You may contact us at anytime if you wish to receive any updates on an item purchased on pre-order.
