We use Australia Post Standard which includes a tracking number and we do our best to ensure that all parcels reach their final destination. Unfortunately with international deliveries things can happen out of our control. We therefore hold no liability for lost, damaged or delayed parcels.
International orders may be subject to international duties and taxes once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges are not included in our prices and must be paid by the recipient. If you fail to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned. We hold no responsibility for a loss of funds or goods as a result of failure to pay international duties or taxes.

Some heavy/bulky items may incur additional charges. We reserve the right to contact you if that is the case. You may then choose to pay the extra postage costs and proceed with your order or cancel for a full refund.
