We attempt to dispatch orders received by 1 pm on the same day or on Monday for all weekend orders. Orders placed after 1 pm will be dispatched the next day.
We offer free shipping for all orders over $150. Yay!
We offer a flat rate shipping cost of $7.95 for all orders under $150. Expected delivery times are between 2-10 business days depending where you live in Australia.
For next day delivery, we offer Express Post for a flat rate of $12.95. We are fortunate to be located within the Express Post network. For customers outside this network expect delivery within 2 business days.
We use Australia Post and all orders come with a tracking number. We will email you your tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse.
Please don’t hesitate to contact us if your order doesn’t arrive within these time frames. We would be more than happy to help you track it.
We hope you love your purchase and enjoyed shopping with us. But in case you aren't happy for any reason or changed your mind we offer the following returns:
For incorrect sizing or change of mind returns we offer a no-hassle, no-questions-asked full refund to the value of the items purchased. Please email us to arrange a return. We ask that you return all items within 14 days from the date you received them, in an unworn/unused condition within the original packaging.
Upon receipt and inspection of returned goods we will refund you the purchase amount and send you a return confirmation email.
The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is faulty, or the return is due to an error made by Annie and Islabean.
You prefer not to pay for the return shipping cost? Did you know PayPal will refund you your return shipping costs on eligible PayPal purchases of up to $45 per return and 8 returns a year. That's awesome, right?! Please click here to find out more.
Please contact us at info@annieandislabean.com.au to organise a return prior to mailing the items back to us.
We apologise if you have received a faulty item and we offer a full refund, a replacement if possible or store credit. Please contact us at info@annieandislabean.com.au to request a refund. We will supply you with a prepaid shipping label to return the faulty goods.
We do not except returns or exchanges for sale items or items purchased with a discount code (excluding the new subscriber discount code) unless they are faulty or due to an error on our behalf.
If we are unable to deliver your parcel due to an incorrect delivery address or failure to collect, an additional postage fee of $20 will apply to re-send the order. This will also cover the return-to-sender fee charged by Australia Post.
Exchanges are welcome but are subject to available stock levels. If you need to exchange an item for a different size please contact us at info@annieandislabean asap and we will put the item on-hold for you.
